If you or any user on the site sees a post or comments that are concerning, they can click the three dots in the upper right corner of the post and use flag post as inappropriate.
If you are a company admin, this will immediately remove the post and all comments from public view. If you're in management or an end user, this will send a notification to the company admins about the post. From that point, a company admin or the original author of the post take action by hiding the post, editing the post, or disabling comments.
