Managers often ask us if we have email boilerplate to use before inviting users to ExpandShare, to let them know about the system and what it's for and so on. So here's an example of an employee pre-communication you can use to let your team know what's coming:
Hi [first name],
[company name] is adding an exciting new mobile training app for team members and managers. ExpandShare is available as an iOS and Android app, as well as a website that you can reach using a web browser. We are going to use the app for online training, posting news and updates, sharing documents and resources and checklists. [update to match the features in your instance]
[if email] Soon, you’ll receive an invitation to ExpandShare by email.
[if team code] You’ll receive instructions on how to log in using a team code soon.
You’ll then want to install the iOS or Android app on your mobile device and then log in using your new credentials.
Take some time to check out the app and if you have any questions, check out the Quick Start guide at
We’re rolling this out to [locations that apply]. Thanks for being a part of the team and contact [email] for any questions or concerns. You can also reach out to support@expandshare.com for any support issues with the app.
Best,
[company admin]
